The other is, because of that, he's figuring out that the other's history must be drastically different by the way they responded to what he let slip. Was it the detail about his life before coming to Earth? Or his lack of understanding his own capabilities? The way they carry themselves was a big tell already, and he doesn't know how to feel about this growing gap between them. Annoyed? Resentful?
